The Bookish Cookish Factory with Miss Dino!

Hello my book nerds! Today we’ll be having The Bookish Cookish Factory. This will be featured every Thursday on thebookishbooknerd. But since it is the holiday season, I will be doing the 6 days of holiday treats that are.. BOOKISH!  So, today we’ll be making, some…… LEGEND GINGERBREAD COOKIES! These are just a great snack to eat while blogging or even reading a good book. Every bookworm should try this fabulous treat. AND! We’ll have a special guest on the show! MISS DINO!

Hello, and thank you for inviting me Chef Bookish! It is really a pleasure to be here, you should definitely invite me again some other time. SO. I love gingerbread cookies, but LEGEND GINGERBREAD BOOKS! Oh my fadoodle cakes, that seems so interesting and fun at the same time. How do we get started Chef Bookish? What are the ingredients we will be needing?

Well, in the recipe, we’ll be needing

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ¹⁄₂teaspoons baking powder
• ³⁄₄teaspoon baking soda
• ¹⁄₄teaspoon salt
• Every book in the Legend series
• 1 tablespoon ground ginger
• 1 ³⁄₄teaspoons ground cinnamon
• ¹⁄₄teaspoon ground cloves
• 6tablespoons unsalted butter
• ³⁄₄cup dark brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• ¹⁄₂cup molasses
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Alrighty. Would it be okay with you if I mixed together the wet ingredients, and you did the dry?

Sure, why not. You can go first if you want to. Let’s get these gingerbread cookies on the road. (Not literally….)

15 minutes later:

We have done that, so now we will slowly mix the dry into the wet. Now, we can wait from Chef Bookish to mix his dry.

So know that I have finished mixing my dry ingredients, let’s now pour it into Miss Dino’s wet ingredients and put them in the oven for 350 degrees.

30 minutes later:

Now we can let the gingerbread cool for a while since it is soft.

After we let it cool, let’s put it in the cookie cutter and finally get some delicious cookies!

So, Chef Bookish, don’t you want to help me decorate these Legend Gingerbread. These taste bookalicious!
